Mimi Missfit and seven teens are complete fish out of water as they give up their phones, social media and home luxuries for a week to camp in the Scottish Highlands and explore mental health issues.
Throughout the week, they’re surprised by very special VIP guests Jack Fowler, Amy Hart and Joe Weller, who join them for their outdoor challenges and to do their very own 24 hour digital detox.
