Influencer and ‘Big Sister’ Mimi Missfit takes seven British teens to Holland to learn sex ed like the Dutch.
With her own lack of quality sex ed growing up, she’s on a mission to get everyone thinking and talking about the weird and wonderful and often awkward world of sex, love, and relationships.
From learning like primary school kids to celebrating national coming out day, being educated on nudes and porn to getting to grips with safe sex and STIs the group learns A LOT in a week.
Short Form Series
For BBC Teach created in consultation with a PHSE expert for RSE KS4, the teens from the main series and Dutch educators they met reflect on some of the topics explored - how to teach sex ed at primary school, safe sex in secondary school, LGBTQ+ inclusivity, sending nudes and porn awareness.
Podcast Series
Mimi Missfit extends her mission to get everyone talking openly about sex, love, and relationships to a podcast series. With her teen studio guests, they discuss everything from pubes, periods and porn to consent, coming out and contraception.
